Are there any San Diego, California residents out there who have lived in the Ballpark Place apartments?

I am looking for an apartment in San Diego. Is anyone out there who is has lived in one bedroom at Ballpark Place near downtown area near Petco.Or can anyone give me any suggestions as to what is great place to live?
